Hello! Welcome to my blog!
Many of you are likely here for the very first time after having seen me at San Diego Comic-Con International 2016!!! Welcome!
Unfortunately, I do not use this blog quite as much as I could. However, it is still listed on all my credentials as the place to go to get to know me. So, allow me to redirect you to better places to find me in the cyber world!
MY FACEBOOK: Quite possibly the easiest place to find me. I'm on there way more often than I should be. And I usually post where and what I'll be doing... there. Shoot me a friend a request, or follow me. You can message me, you can see what I'm up to. You can find my Facebook by clicking right here.
MY EMAIL: Don't want to be quite so public? Shoot me an email. I respond fairly promptly. You can email me at: BreakinFree@hotmail.com
MY ETSY STORE: You saw something you liked at my table, and you wanted to get it, but got swept up in the madness that is Comic-Con and never made it back to my table? No worries, almost everything I sell at a Con can be found: right here.
MY TEEPUBLIC STORE: You dig my art? You want to WEAR it? Or get it on a mug, or other such type of thing. You can do that at my TeePublic store, which can be found: right here.
MY INSTAGRAM: I like to use my Instagram to post "Work in Progress" photos of projects I'm currently working on. Usually they're just teases of upcoming things, but it gives a look into my progress. You can find my Instagram: right here.
MY TUMBLR: Okay, I haven't been using my Tumblr quite as much as I thought when I started it... but I'll rectify that! My Tumblr is intended to showcase random doodles and art I'm working on. Most of that art eventually finds its way to my Etsy store, or follows me to a Con. They art is usually in the same caliber as my commissions. You can find my Tumblr: right here.
MY YOUTUBE: This is still kinda "new", and in the early stages, but I sometimes record myself drawing, and then I speed up the video, drop in some music (which is the reason for delays), and release that on the YouTube. So if you want to watch me draw really fast, from the "Bob! Draws Stuff" series you can find my YouTube: right here.
MY TWITTER: I don't tweet.
Okay, I hope this has helped steer you in the proper direction of where to find me on the Internets! I'm looking into getting my own ".com" which will be a hub to all this stuff, and will likely become the new main web address on all my credentials, but until that time... this will have to do!
See you at the next Con I see you at!

A look back at APE-ril...
Yes, I'm getting just as sick of the monkeys as you might be... but I like to do these "look backs" at the end of each month, and since this was the most productive month EVER for Drawsiness, I had to do it's tribute wallpaper...
So above is all 30 apes (and monkeys) from the APE-ril challenge. Where you draw an ape (or monkey) for everyday of the week. I kinda cheated, in that some days I did more than one (one day was 7!), but I think as long as I did 30 of them by the end of the month, it's all good. And I did (barely!).
I decided to visit down pop culture lane with my monkeys... and dug up a bunch of "celebrity" apes I guess... it was kinda fun... I liked the challenge, it challenged me as an artist. As I don't usually draw apes and monkeys, and the daily deadline pushed me to be productive quickly... so all and all, I grew... and that's awesome.

A look back at March...
Well, March certainly did not go as planned at all. I think that's because I was trying to hard to control it. I wanted a "theme" for the month (can you tell what it was?), and I wanted to keep all the pictures the exact same size. This resulted in creative frustration and a severe lack of productivity. This blog was started to just draw stuff and post "whatever" and here I was saying "No, this month, the drawings must be this, this, and that!" So it resulted in a hindered about of art.
Also, my webcomic, Waste of Time, started back up and I think I was taking the "creative" edge that I had pulled from this, out on the comic. I was getting very ambitious with the art there, and not using it in the experimentation realm of this blog.
So only 8 pictures for an entire month, not a good month at all. Will aim to be more loose and fluid in April, even though a friend of mine had a sweet idea for a theme. But I think I'll step back from themes for a bit... and just, draw!
In a side note, I'd love to have that monitor setup.

A look back at February...
The 2nd month of the year has drawn to a close, as has the second month of Drawsiness.
February was flying off the heals of January, and started kinda strong, but mid-month kinda sputtered. But last month I did a collage pic (and wallpaper) of the month, and liked it. So here's the one for February. A few less posts, but I like the "art gallery" approach to displaying them. It look cool and professional.
Not everything I draw makes it to Drawsiness, some projects remain unseen while I work on them, some are potentially professional, so must remain under wraps for now. Some just aren't done enough for the world to see.
But I hope to bring it in March! Viva la Drawsiness!

A look back at January...
Alright, I'll admit, this is kind of a cop-out post, but I digs it anyway. Drawsiness has been live for a month, and I thought I'd take a look back at the first month of drawsiness, so I fashioned myself this wallpaper (1680x1050 resolution) of all the drawings from January. It's kinda cool seeing them all together. Almost like they're hanging in a gallery. That'd be something.
Also, it's cool, cuz now I have an "older posts" button at the bottom of the page! That means it's reached TWO pages! Oh yeah.
